What You Need:
- 2 C vegetable juice
- ½ C carrot juice
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 4 spinach leaves
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 12 ice cubes
How to Make It:
- Pour the vegetable juice and carrot juice into the blender.
- Add the hot sauce and lemon juice
- Place the spinach leaves into the juices.
- Sprinkle in the parsley.
- Carefully add the ice cubes.
- Blend until mixture is creamy.
If you like thicker smoothies, don’t blend for too long. Blending breaks down the ingredients. Chop the spinach to help blend them faster.
