What You Need:
- 1 (8 oz) can fruit cocktail, untrained and chilled
- 1 C milk
- ¼ C nonfat milk powder
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- ½ C ice cubes
- 2 dashes cinnamon
How to Make It:
- Place the fruit cocktail juice and all in the blender.
- Pour in the milk.
- Add the milk powder and vanilla.
- Blend on low until just combined.
- Add the ice cubes and blend until smooth.
- Add the cinnamon as a garnish just before serving.
This is a child favorite. The juice from the fruit cocktail makes this a sweet drink that appeals to children especially when it’s warm outside.
