Green Smoothie Queen's 3 Day Challenge

Orange-a-licious Smoothie

What You Need:

2 large Swiss chard leaves (ribs cut away)
2 whole oranges (no seeds but pith is okay)
Zest of an orange
1 banana (frozen)
Ice cubes
Water

How to Make It:

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
