Green Smoothie Queen's 3 Day Challenge

Nothing But Fruit

What You Need:

  • 1 C orange juice
  • 1 C papaya, peeled and diced
  • ½ C cantaloupe, peeled and diced
  • ½ C mango, peeled and diced
  • 2 apricots, pitted and diced

How to Make It:

  1. Pour the orange juice into the blender.
  2. Add the papaya, cantaloupe, mango and apricots.
  3. On medium speed puree mixture for 1 minute.

If you like fruit you’ll like this smoothie. This is one way to ensure you get the recommended amount of fruit in a daily diet.
