¼ C orange juice
¼ C pineapple juice
¼ C grapefruit juice
¼ C lime juice
4 TBSP low fat plain yogurt
1 C ice

How to Make It:

Pour all four juices into the blender.
Add the yogurt and ice.
Blend until smooth.
