What You Need:
- 2 sweet potatoes, cooked and cooled
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 2 (8 oz) containers vanilla yogurt
- 1 C milk
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 10 ice cubes
How to Make It:
- Put the sweet potatoes and bananas in the blender.
- Add the yogurt.
- Pour in the milk.
- Add the sugar.
- Place the ice cubes on top.
- Blend until very smooth.
If you want this to taste just like Mom’s candied sweet potatoes use brown sugar instead of white sugar. Adjust the amount to ½ tsp. and enjoy.
