What You Need:
- ¼ C orange juice
- ¼ C pineapple juice
- ¼ C grapefruit juice
- ¼ C lime juice
- 4 TBSP low fat plain yogurt
- 1 C ice
How to Make It:
- Pour all four juices into the blender.
- Add the yogurt and ice.
- Blend until smooth.
If the drink is too thick for you add some extra juice of your choice. Add one tsp. at a time blending after each addition to reach the desired consistency.
