What You Need:
- ¾ C chocolate ice cream
- 2 TBSP chocolate ice cream topping
- ¼ C brewed coffee, cooled to room temperature
- ¼ C club soda
How to Make It:
- Place the ice cream in the blender.
- Add the topping and coffee.

- Remove the cover and add the club soda.
- Stir with a rubber spatula just until the club soda is mixed in.
