What You Need:
- 1 C vanilla yogurt
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 2 TBSP strawberry jam
- 1 TBSP honey
How to Make It:
- Place the yogurt into the blender.
- Add the banana and strawberry jam.
- Pour in the honey.
- Blend mixture on high for about 30 seconds.
- Mixture should be frothy when ready to serve.
